    Grainless Cereal

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Cashews, dry roasted, chopped
    • 1/2 cup Pecans, dry roasted, chopped
    • 1/3 cup Walnut Halves, raw, chopped
    • 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds, dry roasted
    • 1/3 cup Almonds, raw, chopped
    • 1 cup Dried Cranberries, no added sugar
    • 1/2 cup Raisins, no added sugar
    • 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes, unsweetened
    • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

    Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix evenly. Eat plain or top with unsweetened coconut or almond milk.

    Recipe yield: 16, 1/4 cup servings
