    • 4 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
    • 2 cups Purple Cabbage, shredded
    • 2 large Carrots, shredded
    • 6 strips Bacon, cooked, preservative free, crumbled
    • 3/4 cup Homemade Mayonnaise (see recipe)
    • 1 tablespoon Celery Seed
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, bacon, celery seed, salt and pepper. Stir until blended well. Place cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Spoon the dressing onto the vegetables and toss until vegetables are coated. Serve chilled.

    Recipe yield: 7-8 servings
