    Grilled Garlic Flank Steak


    • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
    • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds Flank or Skirt Steak
    • 1 tablespoon Butter, Ghee or Coconut Oil
    • 1 Onion, diced
    • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
    • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Massage garlic into steak and season with salt and pepper as desired. Grill approximately 5 minutes per side. Set cooked steak aside to rest. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onion and pepper in butter or oil until soft and slightly browned on edges. Slice the steak on a slight angle against the grain. Serve the steak over cooked onion and pepper.
