    Cable 360 Classes

    Cable 360
    Enjoy small group training designed to bring out your inner athlete!
    In a group of 8-10 people, this industry first class offers a challenging and effective workout by incorporating strength, flexibility, mobility, and cardio. Every minute of each session is tailored to your specific level, making this the most efficient cable-based training and calorie burning program in town.

    Group Fitness Classes

    Boot Camp
    A fitness boot camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resembles a military boot camp. No boot camp experience necessary to begin classes, but it is recommended that participants have a good level of cardiovascular fitness prior to participation and no current musculoskeletal injuries.

    Circuit Training
    Circuit training is an effective way to keep your workout from growing stale while improving mobility, strength and stamina. These 60-minute sessions include a warm-up phase, training phase, cool down phase and stretching phase. The stations are designed to work the entire body, while offering a low-impact alternative to resistance training.

    Core Fit
    Flexibility, Mobility, and Core strength....three components everyone needs to live life at their best. We've condensed them into our new, 30-minute, CoreFit! Class. Learn to move great and feel even better! As we age, our muscles naturally tighten and weaken reducing beneficial ranges of motion and predisposing us to injury. When you add in the amount of time we spend sitting, standing, and working with our hands, it can add up to be a real problem. Spend 30 minutes with us lengthening and strengthening to help reduce pain and improve performance. This isn't the standard "Core" class filled with sit ups, infomercial gimmicks and sloppy medicine ball tosses. No, this class was designed with a step by step approach to train your mid-section to work the way it was intended - stability, strength, stamina, and endurance while adding flexibility and mobility to the joints that need it the most. At BRGFit we believe everyone needs a plan. We believe it starts with learning to stretch properly and retrain your "core" to function at its best... So you can live life at your best!

    Specialty Group Fitness Classes

    Barre training is a 45-60-minute class that incorporates stretching, cardio training, strength training, and core stability in a program that gets your heart pumping, increases strength, and works all major muscle groups. It is taught at an intermediate level with modifications for beginners and advanced students.

    Brains & Balance
    Brains & Balance is designed for adults who need to stay mentally sharp and physically stable. This class helps prevent falls, promotes socialization and improves the overall quality of life for participants by using various types of age-specific balance exercises, lower body strengthening and other fun activities to progressively challenge and train the brain and muscles.

    Running Conditioning
    Running Conditioning is designed for anyone interested in improving running time and technique. Each participant will have their gait and foot mechanics analyzed and will learn strategies for the most optimal mobility, flexibility, preparation and cooldown for a safe and effective run.

    Tactical Hapkido
    Tactical Hapkido is a style within the Hapkido family. It is a more practical system that focuses on strikes, low kicking, joint locks and trapping. The system is taught so that almost any skill level can learn. No need to have previous training. Students will engage in striking pads, trapping drills/ joint locks and practice falls and rolls. Everyone will work with other students to practice the techniques. Some of the training involves ground combat. We will learn to escape being held on the ground by partnering with different students. Students progress at their own pace to receive official ranking certificates and belts under the THA.

    Vinyasa Yoga is synchronized to the breath, and is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Expect movement, not just stretching. Good for beginners and experienced Yoga participants.
